Fix Glass was OUTSTANDING! Please read on! Overnight a stone chip in my windscreen developed into a crack across 50% of the screen. I was away from home in Lyme Regis but had to get back to Northampton next day. Despite having AA Insurance and 40+ years membership it was impossible to get help within several days. This included a direct approach to AutoGlass (the AA partner). They were unable to offer the service in anything less than 3-4 days and told me a mobile service could not do the screen because of its "smart" (ADAS) capabilities. I was out of options! I found Fix Glass through an online search. They arranged a mobile engineer for early next day with an ETA of 08:30-10:30. The service that followed was unbelievable! He arrived at 08:25. and brought the correct Lexus "smart" screen. By 09:15 the work was completed and he advised waiting for the adhesive to set until around 10:00 and then OK to drive. I acknowledged that screen calibration could be checked at my service, due the following week. The Fix Glass engineer was polite, cheerful and reassuring. He completed the work professionally, cleaned up thoroughly and left the vehicle looking as good as new! Two days of stress and anxiety finally lifted! The drive home was uneventful and the ADAS features all worked as expected. I have written this long review in the hope that it does this experience the justice it deserves. If I could give Fix Glass and its engineer a medal, I would. Thank you.

I was on holiday from France visiting family & my Windscreen was severely cracked from a stone thrown up from a Lorry.... As I was due to travel back to France the following day, I needed urgent help after my own Insurance Company failed to arrange a replacement screen as promised... I contacted FixGlass & from start to finish the agent & technician who dealt with this were prompt, punctual, had excellent communication & performed quality work....In short first class. I was back on the road in time for my return trip & a very happy customer.... Highly recommended.

I rarely give the top 5 star rating in anything - but this company deserves it! Very quick response time to fix a rear window of my car which had an argument with a garage door. The whole booking was completed in less than 15 minutes. Kept well informed of progress by both phone and texts. Technician (Jason) came and fixed everything to a very high standard indeed. He was also pleasant, polite, professional and I had every faith in him that the job would be carried out to the highest standard. Thank you and I will recommend this company to anybody!

First Class Service. Fast response to my initial enquiry and the person I spoke to (Austin) could not have been more helpful, exploring all options to get me the cheapest /fastest solution. I had to call back to make a change to the location and spoke to somebody else who was equally as helpful (I did not catch their name). Communication was spot on all the way through, with regular updates on the day regarding, arrival and progress through the job. Did not get the name of the technician either, but great fast job, and was very polite and friendly. I have no negative comments at all. Thank you very much.
Very happy with my service at Fix.glass, had the pleasure of talking to Ryan who helped me through each step of the process for getting my sunroof replaced. He kept in constant communication with me and ensured I’d be getting my money’s worth. Took a little while for the dealership to send the glass but as soon as it had arrived, the folks at fix.glass didn’t delay a single second and immediately contacted me to book me in for a repair as soon as possible. Only took around 30-45 minutes in total, the technicians were great to talk to and were very professional, they cleaned up all the broken glass, disposed of the old frame, and gave the roof a nice clean as well. After accidentally locking my son in the car & having to have the firemen smash the window to rescue him on bank holiday weekend, I needed a replacement car window ASAP. Ketan on the phone was fantastic he explained everything to me & booked us in for the next day which was Bank holiday Monday. Patryk turned up on time and quickly & effectively fitted the new window in no time. He cleaned up as much of the broken glass as possible & did a fantastic job. I have had the most distressing thing happy a brick thrown in my front window screen not only this has effected me but I am a breast cancer nurse my paticent have suffer because I could not get my car repaired by my insurance company for 3 week (autoglass ) this man called me this morning he help me with a payment plan the guy was coming out at 4pm today he arrive at 2.30. 3 fantastic job so kind and helpful from start to finish and I am bk on the road 2mrw if nothing else happens ! Which I am very scared that it will police did not even come out
Fabulous! If I could give 6 stars, I would. These guys delivered a next day service where the other 2 nationally recognised companies were unable to (I am still awaiting a call back from one of them). We were kept updated with arrival times. Kez had made a 5 hour trip to get to me and not only fixed my window very efficiently (as expected) but he also gave me 5 minutes to swap my centre brake light on the boot, which was broken. Because of the design of the car, I had been unable to extract the light, as the previous glass lip was stopping it. So having a broken rear pane was actually a bonus. And Kez basically fitted it for me. Now I can drive my car without being told on every journey that my light is out. There was also a niggle with my rear wiper and Kez took the time to explain what may be the problem. Finally, they were 2/3 of the price of one of the major brands (as I say, I am still awaiting a call from the other one!). This company is looking to expand; good luck to them although with service and prices like this, they will do very well.
Smashed car side window. Googled FixGlass Monday evening and your man fixed a new one around midday Tuesday as well as vacuuming the debris. I was expecting that finding the right window would take days exactly as in the vehicle tinted etc. Amazing. Forgot to say communication was first class. Thanks

Absolutely amazing. Called FixGlass after receiving an high quote from another company. They are call centre staff was professional, asking all the right questions and were extreamly helpful and friendly. (Ethen) helped us with ease and flying colours and got me a very competitive quote. I scheduled for Thursday day to have a regular windscreen put in with zero hassle and they were happy to work around my schedule. A day before the install I called early and asked if it was too late to change to a heated windscreen and (Lex) was more then happy to assist. Well what can I say , I called fix Glass to attend to my daughter in laws vandilised qashqai rear screen. After a short but comprehensive chat with Ryan he despatched his technician Ricky.. ( a real credit to the profession) All at a time to suit me & her as she was busy at work. Within 3 hours she had a new rear screen fitted and all traces of glass removed & cleaned away … what a true gem of a company and all at a very competitive price.. given my other efforts to get it done … really can’t say enough to praise these guys ( highly recommend you try them) above & beyond 👍
